Creamy Burrata Bruschetta
At this point in my life, if something is overly complicated, I’m not interested. This recipe is something that takes minimal ingredients, and can be thrown together in minutes. Once I throw the tomato mixture in the oven, I have time to mix some cocktails. (Or take a break on the couch before guests are over!)

Ingredients in Creamy Burrata Bruschetta
- Grape Tomatoes
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Dried Oregan0
- Salt and Pepper
- French Baguette – this makes the perfect bite size crostinis!
- Burrata
- Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
Slice the baguette into equal slices. I am for 1/4 inch slices; this makes the perfect bite! Then add them to a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil before putting them in the oven to toast.

Quarter grape tomatoes and add to a small bowl. Grate garlic cloves and add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well before adding to a parchment lined baking sheet and cooking for 15-20 minutes.

Add both balls of burrata to a plate and top with the bruschetta mixture. Drizzle balsamic glaze on top and finish with flaky salt. Serve with crostinis and enjoy!
