Strawberry Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp strawberries diced
  • 1 tbsp pineapple diced
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice fresh squeezed is best
  • lemon-lime soda

Method
 

  1. In a tall glass, muddle strawberries, pineapple, and mint leaves. Add ice and all other ingredients. Top drink with lemon-lime soda and stir well with cocktail stirrer. Garnish with pineapple wedge and mint leaf
